Many patients have dental insurance, and we will gladly assist you in maximizing your benefits. Please bring your current dental insurance information on your first visit and advise us of any change in insurance coverage on subsequent visits. Our office in Plano will file all claim forms electronically, mail special claims, and track the claims payments for you. We are currently in-network with the following dental insurance plans: Aetna, Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Concordia, Ameritas, Principal Mutual, Humana, DenteMax, Guardian, and MetLife. If you have dental insurance with another provider please contact our Plano office.
